Celebrity Gogglebox is the epic hour-long reaction video we didn’t know we needed…
No stranger to sharing his thoughts on videos online, KSI – together with Down Like That collaborator, S-X – was amongst the latest batch of celebs to do an armchair critique of the week’s TV. We loved hearing what they had to say, and watching them watching the telly! So much so, that we’ve compiled a list of some of our favourite moments of the two from the show.
Get ready, grab a cuppa or your favourite telly snack, and let’s discuss their best bits!
I remember, don’t worry. How could I ever forget?
I KNOW WHO PHIL COLLINS IS NOW! I’M SORRY EVERYONE FOR BEING A FAILURE
— KSI (@KSI) June 5, 2020
Against All Odds, KSI didn’t know know of the legendary musician, Phil Collins. Come on, JJ, how could anyone forget that incredible drum solo from In The Air Tonight? Or that Cadbury’s advert from 2007?
Despite S-X’s best efforts to jog JJ’s memory, the rapper still wasn’t able to remember the drummer during the episode. He went on to tweet while the show was being aired, though, that he now knows who Mr. Collins is – we’ll take your word for it, KSI!
Socially distanced high five, anyone?
When you really want to hi-five but you remember the 2m rule… @KSIOlajidebt @producerSX #TitanGames #CelebrityGogglebox pic.twitter.com/JQo6zRoNJH

Don’t worry, guys, we’ve all been there. Coming up with alternative ways to greet each other and celebrate has certainly been tricky during lockdown and social distancing – elbow bump, anyone?
The Great Bread Bin Debate
Breadbins are definitely a thing @KSIOlajidebt @producerSX #ThisMorning #CelebrityGogglebox pic.twitter.com/eX5oQN4v0m

What is a bread bin, and should bread belong in one or in the fridge?
We weren’t expecting KSI and S-X to pose the next big social media debate, but KSI not knowing about the household object – used to store bread – certainly left some people surprised (he’s since tweeted saying he is aware what a bread bin is).
Move over Yanny and Laurel, and that black and blue/white and gold dress, we may have found the latest thing which has got Twitter talking. Are you Team Breadbin, Cupboard or Fridge?
Thumb-sucking
facts only https://t.co/DdK2mooFra
— S-X (@producerSX) June 19, 2020
As the two settled down to watch the horror film Us, S-X revealed that he likes to suck his thumb.
KSI didn’t believe it, but we do. After watching a scary Jordan Peele movie, I think we’d all need to do something to calm us down!
The name’s Bond…?
Ok. Favourite Bond. Go. @KSIOlajidebt @producerSX #CasinoRoyale #CelebrityGogglebox pic.twitter.com/k9DpKMuCzK

With a bowl of popcorn on the table and mugs in hand, KSI and S-X watched Casino Royale in the second episode of the series, when ITV showed the action-packed spy thriller on TV – but who is KSI’s favourite Bond?
After a prompt from S-X, he settles on Pierce Brosnan, though we’d go for Daniel Craig. There’s reports he’s on his way out soon, and we think KSI could make a pretty good 007 (we mean, he could certainly put his boxing skills to good use, for sure!)
So there we have it…
It’s been hilarious watching KSI and S-X react to some of the best TV shows each week. Although we were sad to hear that neither KSI nor S-X have ever had a birthday party – not even caterpillar cake?
We think we could throw a pretty cool party for them in the future, though. We’ll provide the food and games, and KSI and S-X can provide the music. What do you say, guys?
Although the pair have only been cast for the first three episodes of Celebrity Gogglebox, we’re crossing our fingers that they’ll be back on the couch sharing their thoughts on all things telly again soon!
