“I have set myself a challenge that potentially I might regret.”
Having recently completed the Chloe Ting ab challenge, Molly Thompson has set herself a new goal to drink three litres of water every day for one week. Molly explains how she drinks lots of water normally, but that this was going to be a new challenge.
Molly begins by outlining the health benefits of drinking a gallon of water per day, such as having more energy, experiencing less headaches and increased weight loss. She shares that these are some of the main reasons for taking on the challenge. Using a 2.2 litre bottle, she aims to drink three litres of water every day, and that a gallon is slightly unrealistic for her.
On day one of the challenge, Molly ironically has a very bad headache and doesn’t feel particularly hydrated, and over the course of the week she begins to realise that it would be better to finish the water earlier on in the day.
By day three Molly sets herself the challenge to finish the next bottles before she eats her dinner, as she has been drinking lots in the evenings. Toward the end of the week, she drinks it much faster, but highlights that the challenge was harder than she thought it would be.
After completing the challenge, Molly sat down to provide some updates regarding her results. She shares that, whilst her skin and weight were looking good, it was pretty normal for her body to fluctuate in this way, meaning it may not have been due to the challenge.
She encourages her viewers to try the challenge for themselves, but reminds them that it’s important to be sensible and listen to their own bodies.
