You Can’t Do It! is set for release on 23 June.
Vine star Marcus Johns has announced he’s releasing a new motivational book, which will feature a host of short-stories and “unique, lighthearted insight” into what it took for him to become one of the most popular creators on the now defunct app, with 6.5 million followers.
Speaking about the book in its official trailer, Marcus said:
“The book mostly revolves around my start in the social media business and what it’s like to be a big time social media creator – a ‘famous’ guy – and then losing your way and not knowing what you want to do.
“I think a part of life is growing and maturing, but that’s kind of what the book talks about,” he continues. “It’s about growing up and proving to yourself that you can do things that are outside of what people expect you to be.”
You Can’t Do It! will feature Marcus discussing a host of topics, including:
- Knowing what it really means to “follow your gut”.
- Developing skills through embracing failure.
- Learning how to overcome self-doubt and move past it.
- Knowing who is and isn’t on your team.
- How to remain humble when sharing your success with those around you.
The book is set for release on 23 June, with pre-orders available now. Those who pre-order the book will be given a set of perks, including two digital phone wallpapers, access to chapters two and three of the book, and a jar filled with mood-boosting quotes.
Marcus has also uploaded a free chapter of the book to his website, for those interested in reading a sneak peek of it before its release.
So excited to finally share my book. Pre order has launched today! https://t.co/nxHLvimUUr
