His generosity knows no bounds!
Okay, we have to talk about someone who is an absolute treasure to not just YouTube, but the world: David Dobrik. Most people know him for his insanely hilarious and entertaining vlogs, but he’s also got another side to him, one that sees him give his fans brand new Teslas and helping out those in need.
That’s the guy we’ll be talking about today because he’s gone and done something we think officially makes him the most generous YouTuber on the platform.
Earlier this week, David tweeted about wanting to help those who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Now, we were simply thinking he’d be sending people a few hundred dollars, you know, like a lot of creators are doing at the moment. (Which we love!) He proved us wrong with his most recent video.
“I’ve gotten a lot of messages from you guys that have been affected by all this corona stuff and it sucks, and I really wanted to see if I can help, so I’ve partnered up with my friends at EA and we did just that.”
What he meant by “just that” is something we’re still trying to wrap our heads around. Not only did he give his viewers, iPads, PS4s, Xboxes and frisbees with money taped to the bottom of them, but he also gave away a ton of new cars AND some lucky viewers even received cheques for $10,000!

We’re not ones to be sappy and cry over things we see on the internet (JK, we’re totally the type to do that), but this video hit us deep and we’re honestly still bawling over how heartwarming it is. Just when we thought we’d finally stocked up on enough tissues after supermarkets being sold out for weeks, David has to go and do this… Guess we’ll have to make another visit to the shops soon.

We think we can all agree that we need to protect David Dobrik at all costs. We truly don’t deserve him.
