You’re all doing an amazing job!
With the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, it’s very easy to get wrapped up in the negativity of it without being aware of the positive. For example, if you’re from the UK, you’ve most likely heard about (and maybe even participated in) the #ClapForNHS, in which people across the country gave a massive round of applause for those working tirelessly to keep us healthy and safe. The sentiment touched us, which is why we thought we’d share with you how others are sharing their appreciation for those working on the frontlines during this time.
Without further ado, here is our selection of Tweets and TikToks praising the efforts of those bravely working to save countless lives.

At 20.00 GMT on 26 March, residents across the UK took to their doorsteps and clapped for the NHS. A week later, the country applauded again, this time for all the amazing carers and key workers doing their bit.
We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work.
Next level appreciation
My sister is an A&E doctor working on the frontline fighting covid-19.
On Monday she tested positive. Tonight, when it was time to support and clap our NHS, we made her a little surprise and walked him to her house (two doors down!)

This family went one step further in showing their appreciation by deciding to get an actual sheep involved. (Yes, a sheep. You did read that correctly.) Absolutely baa-rmy, but an amazing show of appreciation all the same.
Somewhere over the rainbow
@milliefarmanA little thank you to our NHS 🌈💙. ##thankyounhs ##clapforourcarers ##coronavirus ##fyp ##foryoupage♬ Coffee – beabadoobee
Homes, shops and hospitals up and down the country are getting a lot more colourful with this new trend. If you want to get creative and say “thank you” to our amazing NHS and its workers, draw a rainbow on some paper and hang it in your window.
It’s the little things like this that go a long way in showing healthcare workers that we appreciate all they do.

Nottingham Forest Football Club, in partnership with Wilko, donated a bunch of football-related merchandise and Easter eggs to the NHS staff working at the Queens Medical Centre hospital in Nottingham. Not everyone will be able to celebrate Easter this year, so it’s nice to know they’ll be able to treat themselves whilst at work.
We salute you!
Thank you to all our colleagues from the @BritishArmy @ArmyMedServices @Proud_Sappers @RHQ_The_RLC and @RAnglians for your support.

The official Twitter page of the NHS Nightingale Hospital in London gave thanks to the British Army, who took on the huge task of setting up the temporary hospital at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. The hospital can care for up to 4,000 patients and was built in just nine days.
Amazing work!

It seems like everyone has a TikTok account nowadays – young, old, not to mention people’s pets. Now the actual Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has jumped on the app to give his thanks to everyone in the NHS for doing their bit.
Who says TikTok is just for Gen Z?
THANK YOU!
This gratitude from NHS staff is just breathtaking 💙
In addition to putting their lives at risk to care for other people, the are now clapping YOU for staying at home
Please RT if you're grateful

Now it’s our turn. This group of NHS staff gave thanks to the public for staying at home and, most importantly, saving lives. We know it can be frustrating and a struggle to have to stay home, but it’s so important to ensuring we squash the spread of the coronavirus, so know that, by doing so, you’re doing your part.
Pass the tissues, we’re welling up.
So there you have it…
Just a few ways the internet is thanking those workers who are helping to ensure we continue to be safe and healthy during these uncertain times. It makes our hearts grow to see it, and we hope these workers know just how much we appreciate them. They’re doing a great job and we’ll forever be thankful to them!
