Saffron was sent home 10 weeks in to the competition.
Saffron Barker and AJ Pritchard became the 9th couple to exit Strictly Come Dancing. They were sent to the dance-off by the public vote, alongside CBBC Presenter Karim Zeroul and Amy Dowden.
Performing the samba to Walking On Sunshine by Take Me To Rio Collective, all judges agreed that it was Saffrons time to leave the competition.
AJ reflected on Saffron’s Strictly journey with, “Every single week you’ve approached it with a positive mental attitude and you’ve inspired so many”.
Saffron expressed her gratitude for AJ, saying “I’ve had the absolute time of my life and it’s all down to him. It’s been amazing”. She continued with, “He’s really taken me out of my shell. Thank you so much for everything.”
