Emma Smith has released a new book titled Unwind Your Mind: The life-changing power of ASMR.
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It’s a type of sound healing which helps to ease stress and anxiety, improve sleep and enhance social connection.
In Unwind Your Mind, released on 5 September, Emma reveals how to harness the power of ASMR in everyday life, with simple daily practices for readers to use.
In her announcement video, Emma explains that this book details everything she’s learnt since she began creating ASMR videos back in 2013. She also shows viewers some of the items she kept on her desk to inspire her while writing.
Emma’s also released three additional audiobooks to accompany the book. ASMR for your bedtime, ASMR for your commute and ASMR for your lunch break are all available on Audible.
