At the time of writing, Hannah Witton has raised £278 for the organisation, which is the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis support and works to raise awareness, fund research, and improve diagnosis and treatment.
WE DID IT! You can still donate to our fundraiser for @CrohnsColitisUK! 💜 https://t.co/JfozjMqw1O pic.twitter.com/jZCI3yq5w9

Hannah completed the 5km walk with her father, James, and had previously participated in it in 2018. In order to raise money for Crohn’s & Colitis UK, she posted a fundraiser on JustGiving, which surpassed its initial goal of £100.
Hannah was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis when she was seven years old and in Janaury 2018 had her colon removed, resulting in her having to live with a stoma. Through her channel, she has helped to raise awareness about the disease and life with a stoma.
Those wishing to learn more about Crohn’s & Colitis UK can do so via the charity’s official website, while those seeking to donate to the fundraiser can do so via Hannah’s JustGiving page.
