The football club have announced that they have joined TikTok to reach their younger audience.
Liverpool FC recently launched their account saying “Today we are proud to launch our new official channel on TikTok – we see a lot of potential to reach a new and younger audience with interesting, engaging video content.”

TikTok, which encourages their users to get creative making 15 second videos, is one of the most popular social media apps to date. The app currently stands as #35 in the charts for Apple and #18 on the Google Play website.
Following from their success with their YouTube channel, Senior Vice President for Marketing and Media at Liverpool FC, Markus Breglec, explains: “We’re always looking for creative and innovative ways to strengthen our close ties and engage with our fans around the world.”
