Oh, I’m just human. We’re just human.

It’s finally here, the day dodie fans worldwide have been waiting for. No, it’s not the release of a new YouTube video. (However, we do eagerly look forward to those on the reg.) No, it’s the release day of her brand new EP, Human! After months of hype and some gorgeous singles, the seven song EP is finally out for everyone to hear and we’re pretty excited about it.

We aren’t the only ones excited about Human‘s release. dodie’s fans have taken to Twitter to publicise their love for the EP, tweeting out their real-time reactions and sharing their love for one of their favourite musicians. They’re beaming with pride and they want everyone to know! We too want our readers to know just how dedicated dodie’s fanbase is, so we’ve decided to share a few of their tweets.

We aren’t the only ones getting emotional about Human‘s release. As with her previous releases, it’s left us a blubbering mess, but in all the best ways. Anyone else shed a tear or two?

Who else is excited that She FINALLY has a studio version? We’ve been waiting for this for so long and we don’t think dodie could have made it sound better. As Jess said, it’s a beautiful studio version!

If there’s one thing dodie is exceptional at, it’s her musical harmonies and, boy, does Human feature a lot of them! This EP shows such growth and maturity, it’s definitely worth a listen.

We don’t think we’ve ever been so proud of dodie. She’s accomplished so much and to see Human hit number one on the iTunes charts has left us feeling like proud mothers!
