Hank Green has announced a new grant programme via the VidCon Twitter account.

The grant is a one-off $2000 sum and this is to be given to a different small creator once a week to help them to raise their content and increase their audience. The grant is currently only available to US creators.
Announcements officially begin next week although it would appear that some have already been told they are to be awarded it.

The award is set to be given to a different creator every week for the next year.
