It’s that time again: the World Cup. It’s time for people to be disappointed, probably England at some point. Maybe not, though? 6-1 against Panama and 2-1 against Tunisia is enough for certain people to start wondering if it’s time to get ready for an open top bus celebration around London. Let’s take it one game at a time, and if we beat an actually good team in Belgium next time around, then maybe, just maybe, we can start singing Vindaloo by Fat Les at every opportunity!

If there’s one thing you associate with Lush products, it’s being accosted as soon as you step foot in one of their shops. However, something else that springs to mind is them being a part of any self-respecting beauty vlogger’s haul. Luna Leigh is bringing that realness to her latest video, which, in part, talks about those very products.
After being invited to a Norwich blogger event at one of the companies many stores, she takes the fruit of her labour back to be opened and shared with friends Angela Innes and Sam Saffold, who’ve come down to spend some time at the picturesque university she’s currently attending.

THE GRINDR KILLER | Crime Series #2 | Katie Snooks
True crime is a cultural phenomenon, right now, with all sorts of media telling us about the grisly details of murders and other crimes. Recently, Katie Snooks launched her own true crime series, uploading its second instalment this past week.
Episode 2 focuses on the Grindr Killer, which, as a moniker, tells you all you need to know about how this criminal met his victims. This is one of those cases that has a personal bend to it, with Katie living just a two minute drive from where the killer did while he was committing his crimes.
Post Malone – Better Now | Conor Maynard
Is there a bigger new(ish) artist right now than Post Malone? Probably not. His album, Beerbongs & Bentleys, is a smash hit, having reached number one on the Billboard 200, and his singles have shown no sign of disappearing from radio anytime soon.
Conor Maynard, known for his world famous covers, has chosen to add his personal touch to Better Now, one of our favourite songs off the album. He brings his own unique spin to it, adding something that Posty couldn’t even do himself.
You Did It! Crash Zoom – Season 2 (Kickstarter Update) | DarkSquidge
Crash Zoom is a well-loved and celebrated part of Thomas Ridgewell‘s oeuvre, but, as you may or may not know, animation is a damn expensive thing to do. With that in mind, alongside the plans for a second season of the show, Tom and his company, Turbo Punch Ltd, created a Kickstarter to help fund what they have planned. This video is one that celebrates the fact they made enough money. Yes, it’s true, they passed their goal!

Looking back at our family history is something that’s fascinating to a large amount of people, which is why there’s a show on the BBC where we found out Danny Dyer is descended from royalty.
There’s a company that’s cornered the market in in-depth family history: 23andMe. Interesting conspiracy theories about them aside, there’ve been a number of great videos, where creators send off their DNA and reveal to us their histories. Lucy Moon has done another great one with this, showing some somewhat surprising results. You’ll have to watch to find those out for yourself!
