The charity match was set up to raise funds for Young Minds and the Charlton Athletic Community Trust.
Simon Minter scored the most for Sidemen FC with three goals, while Chris Dixon scored the only goal for the YouTube Allstars in the 64th minute.
Other goalscorers for Sidemen FC include KSI, Vikram Barn and Tobi Brown.
The result sees the side take the trophy from the YouTube Allstars, who secured a 2-0 victory last year.
The third and final game also saw Sidemen FC win the trilogy – with the team defeating the Allstars in 2016.
Speaking after this year’s match, Tobi said: “A special thank you to everyone who came down to support [and] everyone at home who donated. Absolutely love you so much.
“It means so much to all of us, and to Young Minds and Charlton Athletic Community Trust.”
Over £64,500 has been donated via the official JustGiving page at the time of writing – beating the £50,000 target.
What an experience. Can’t thank you all enough for allowing us to run events like this & support great causes.

Vikram, who scored the fourth goal of the match, said: “I just want to say it’s been a huge, huge honour for all of us to raise these events, to have so many people to come out to support incredible causes.
“It’s been a pleasure doing this event over the last three years and what a way to end it.
“Huge, huge thanks to everyone who’s been part of it, and we’ll see you at our next event.”
Donations can still be made online and the match can be watched in full on the Sidemen YouTube channel.
