Nile Wilson is taking part in the Sun-Pat Challenge Challenge alongside Andrew Henderson and Charlie Morley.
Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson is participating in Sun-Pat Challenge Challenge to search for the next YouTube challenge.
Speaking to TenEighty, Nile says the challenge is “open to everyone”.
“All you need to do is suggest what you would like myself, Charlie Morley and Andrew Henderson to take on by commenting on our YouTube videos.
“It doesn’t have to be gymnastic or football related, it can be anything. I’m hoping that there will be a level of difficulty and something I can really get my teeth into and smash it,” Nile explains.
He then continues to discuss what makes a great challenge: “It needs to have the ‘wow’ factor! A little bit difficult but also very entertaining for viewers. YouTube is all about entertainment for me and that’s what my subscribers like.
“I love entertaining and being creative, and it gives me a hobby away from the gym.
“It is a huge passion of mine and I have some incredible collaborations lined up.
“It has been great working with Sun-Pat on this campaign as it is exactly the kind of videos I like to create, setting myself a challenge and pushing myself,” Nile says.
Nile previously won gold in the European Championships, and tells TenEighty how he’s preparing for the next Championship in August.
“I need to get myself in the best possible physical and mental condition for it, so I am training full-time at the moment,” he says. “My nutrition is very important during this period as well.
“I actually put Sun-Pat Peanut Butter on porridge as it’s high in protein. It’s an important part of my diet as protein ensures that my muscles are fuelled and recover after training.”
