YouTubers React to the Royal Wedding

We were glued to our TV screens during the Royal Wedding.

From the ceremony and Meghan’s gorgeous dress, to the couple’s first kiss and some awesome cello playing, we found ourselves unable to leave our couches for the duration of the event. It was such a beautiful ceremony and we couldn’t help feel a bit of British pride while watching. Also, we may or may not have been blubbering messes by the end of it. (Don’t lie, you were totally in tears as well.)

You know who else watched the wedding? Our YouTube faves, and, boy, did they have a lot to say! Nothing was off limits. In case you happened to have missed any of the magic, we’ve collected the most important (and entertaining) tweets from the day. Let’s jump into it!

Enjoy the day

Many, including us, felt the same as Calum McSwiggan. Regardless of how you feel about the Royal family, two people were coming together in marriage and that’s what’s important!

Great minds think alike

We now know who to take Uber recommendations from. If Prince Harry trusts Robin James, then so do we!

We were all thinking it

Grace Victory isn’t the only one to take notice of how fit Prince Harry looked in his uniform. We couldn’t take our eyes off him!

We have to agree…

We have to admit, we could have skipped the first half of the live stream. Lewys Ball is right – if we wanted to watch a bunch of cars, we’d have actually watched Cars.

Give us a meme!

Sorry, Daniel J. Layton, Princess Charlotte wasn’t the one to give us the meme of the Royal Wedding. Good guess, though! It was in fact Ben Mulroney’s son, AKA the page boy, who gave us this stellar moment!

THE DRESS

We simply couldn’t get over how beautiful Meghan looked in her wedding dress! We mean, did you see how long that veil was? SIMPLY GORGEOUS!

We’re getting a bit emosh over here

We can’t even begin to tell you how many boxes of tissues we went through whilst watching the ceremony. What? We can’t help that weddings make us super emotional… We think it’s because they remind us how we’ll be alone forever and never find someone to love us.

We might have some issues we need to work through.

The Reverend

Show of hands: who else thinks the Reverend was the best part of the entire wedding? We know Cherry Wallis and Connor Ward think so!

Meghan’s mother

Who else wanted to join Niki Albon is giving Meghan’s mum a hug?

What a beautiful day

Overall, it was a beautiful day filled with wonderful memories. Congratulations to the lovely couple – we hope it was as magical a time as they hoped it would be!
