If you’re like us, then fashion isn’t necessarily your strong suit. Sure, you have a few choice pieces you wear all the time, but you become completely lost the moment you need to get dolled up. What pairs well with a sequin top? Should you even be wearing a sequin top? And don’t even get us started on how to tell when a bold lip is acceptable. It can all get a bit overwhelming…
That’s where YouTube comes in. Thankfully, the fashion and lifestyle section of the site is filled to the brim with creators willing to help us out and offer tips on how to look our best. One of those creators is Zoe London. Through her YouTube channel, her Instagram, and her wildly popularly blog, Zoe’s been giving us major style inspo for years, and because of this we thought it was about time we shout out a few of our fave looks.
Here are ten times Zoe London gave us major style envy…
Her purple hair
Most will know Zoe for her signature blue locks, but she recently made a bold change by dying her hair purple – and we’re loving it! We’ve learned throughout our years of watching Zoe’s channel that she can rock any colour and purple is no exception.
Ever since she made the change, we’ve been debating whether or not to make an appointment at our local salon to make the switch ourselves! We’ve been meaning to update our hair colour for a while.
This plaid and stripes combo
We can’t even begin to tell you how many times we’ve wished we could raid Zoe’s closet. She has the cutest clothes and her style is so on-point. One of our fave outfits of hers is this ensemble, featuring a simple striped top tucked into a yellow plaid skirt and paired with fishnets, killer boots. and a cute beret.
Seriously, it’s such #stylegoals.
Her glow-in-the-dark hair
If you’re like us, then you love spending a Friday or Saturday night at the club. There’s nothing like letting loose and spending time with friends after a stressful work week. But how do you ensure you stand out on the dance floor? With glow-in-the-dark hair, of course!
The fun thing about fluorescent hair is how versatile and vibrant it is. You can pick from an array of colours (our go-tos are pink and green) and dye as much or as little as you want. It’s also barely noticeable at the beginning of the night, but the moment you step under the UV lights, BAM! All eyes on you.

Animal prints
Every outfit needs a staple piece (or so we’re told – remember, we aren’t the savviest of fashionistas!), and Zoe has given us one with this outfit! The flowing trousers paired with a black sunhat and cow print coat has us experiencing some major heart-eyes. We’ve never been too sure how to add animal prints to our outfits, but this outfit has given us some ideas.
Her Gerard Way-inspired makeup look
Everyone went through a phase where they were obsessed with My Chemical Romance – and if you didn’t, who even are you? – so why not relive the good ol’ days with this Gerard Way-inspired makeup look?
What we love most about this look is how standout the eye makeup is – we’re totally feeling some Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge vibes. Paired with a fierce brow and neutral lip, you’ll have people thinking you yourself are in the band!
Oh, how we love reminiscing about our teenage years. However, we’re sure our hair is happy to no longer be dyed and teased to within an inch of its life.
Her galaxy hair
Show of hands: who else is totally obsessed with space? It’s all we can talk about, which means we were (and still are) totally obsessed with this galaxy hair tutorial. With a few purples, greens, and blues, you’ll find yourself looking out of this world, as well as being the envy of all your friends. (And science fanatics!)
The metallic heels
If you hadn’t already noticed, the TenEighty crew like to stand out – what, we can’t help being this fabulous! – which is why we were immediately drawn to these metallic pink heels. Not only are you guaranteed to shine bright like a diamond, as Rihanna says, but once the summer sun decides to make an appearance you’ll find yourself constantly being stopped on the street by admirers!
Her UV makeup

This glow-in-the-dark makeup look is sure to turn heads and show everyone you’re ready to have a good time! From lipstick and eyeliner to nail polish, you’ll definitely be a standout. Just don’t be surprised if you have people asking to have their picture taken with you.
Her butterfly hair
OMG, we can’t even begin to tell you how much we love this look! Not only is the plait adorable, but the added pizzazz of having the butterflies strewn throughout like they’re flying in the sky has us awestruck. Sometimes you want to do something a little different with your hair, and that’s exactly what this look delivers.
Glitter everywhere
Who doesn’t love a bit a glitter? It gives the average look a bit of pop and looks so pretty. However, it can be pretty messy and it isn’t the greatest for the environment. Enter Zoe.
