Niche will be holding its third annual Creator Day on February 17 at Twitter HQ.
The event aims to bring the digital community together, helping them to continue building their channels and connecting them in a meaningful way.
It will run from midday to 6pm, and coverage will be posted on Twitter under the hashtag #CD2018.
Niki and Sammy Albon, Em Ford, Riyadh Khalaf, Jana Damanhouri, and Joe Tasker will be among the creators participating in the event.
“Niche’s Creator Day is one of the highlights of our year as it brings together some of the best digital creators, artists, and entertainers,” said Niki and Sammy, who will be hosting the day’s live Twitter feed on @TwitterUK for those who cannot attend in person. “The event gives us a moment to reflect and have an open discussion about where the digital and creator space will be developing into over the next year.”
Em will be appearing on panel How to Grow and Nurture Your Social Channel alongside Joe and Carly Rowena. “This will be a great opportunity to continue the important discussions around skin positivity which I am spending a lot of my time online talking about at the moment,” she said.
Riyadh, Felicity, and Jana will end the event by discussing their roles as “champions for change” on panel The New Normal.
Jo Burford, EMEA Community Manager, spoke about the event and its intent, and revealed: “Since starting this event, we have seen the role digital creators play in society evolve. In 2017 we saw the traditional worlds of brands, entertainment, publishing, music, fashion, and film all affected by the rise of the digital creator.
“This event will focus on the exciting role that creators are playing in shaping trends, brand campaigns, and culture.”
