Who said Blue Monday needs to be a thing this year?

You know, the third Monday of January, also dubbed the saddest day of the year. Who says it has to be one of the worst days of the year? Not us, which is why we’re looking to change this!

Mondays are actually one of our favourite days of the week, because they allow us to look back on how wonderful the previous week was on YouTube. From our Weekly Round-Up to Tweets of the Week, we’re here to make Blue Monday (and every Monday to come) a day to remember – so why are we still talking? Let’s dive into our favourite YouTuber tweets from the past week!

Yet another example of how us millennials are lazy. As baby boomers will tell you, we should have been setting up a investment portfolio instead of playing in the sand pit with our friends and being a typical child while in primary school.

What work ethic?

What made you think you can take a break from uploading videos, Vikram Barn? Even though you’ve been consistently uploading for years, everyone knows you still NEED to upload content daily… Gosh, where did your work ethic go?

We’ve been sat in the corner of the room for days thinking about this tweet from Emma Blackery.

We don’t know how you managed to keep your composure, Niki Albon. If we’d been witness to this, we would have been reduced to a blubbering mess.

You’re not the same person?

We feel pretty stupid having mixed up Dean Dobbs and Sammy Paul all these years, but we can’t help but think Dean’s confused himself. The picture on the right is obviously one of himself, while the picture on the left is Sammy.

We feel old

You know you’re old when you no longer know the celebrities the kids these days are emulating. (You can also tell you’re old when you use the phrase “kids these days”.)

We see nothing weird about these sizing options, Connie Glynn. Our bedding has always been “The watermelon is coming” – it’s just the right size.
