A fundraiser hosted by Jacksepticeye on 15 and 16 December raised more than $260,000.
Gaming YouTuber Sean McLoughlin fronted two fundraising streams in an effort to raise money for charity Save The Children this past weekend.
Featuring appearances from fellow YouTubers, including Emma Blackery and PJ Liguori, the two four-hour streams featured entertaining chats, games, and challenges, as well as fan art from viewers using the #JackTheHalls hashtag.
After the live streams had ended, Sean took to Twitter to thank everyone who had donated and supported the fundraiser:
Also thank you to everyone who donated big and small and everything between! YOU are the quarter of a million dollars raised, not us! Also to the people who interacted at all but couldn’t donate, you are also heroes!

Following the second day’s live stream, Emma revealed that over $260,000 had been raised thus far, and further thanked viewers for their generosity:
Together we just raised over $260,000 for Save The Children!! You guys are AMAZING!! Your generosity is saving thousands of lives. Thank you so much <3

Both live streams have since been uploaded to Sean’s YouTube channel. Those wishing to donate to the fundraiser have until 20 December to do so; donations can be made via Tiltify.
