John Chapman and Leon Bustin have released their first book together, Eat Well, Move Better and Feel Awesome.
The book, which John and Leon first announced in January, covers the topics of health, diet, and exercise.

The duo explained in a video how it differs from other fitness and health books on the market, saying that it will “help you achieve your body and fitness goals but also your happiness goals.”
The pair stressed that the book will not simply tell readers to follow the instructions, but will also explain at every step of the way why becoming healthier is beneficial.
As well as a variety of workouts, demonstrated by John and Leon through a series of annotated diagrams and pictures, it also includes healthy and not-so-healthy recipes designed to burn fat and build muscle alongside the workout plans.
Following the announcement of the book, John and Leon’s fans have been eagerly awaiting its release. They have also received many compliments from fellow YouTube creators:

Amazon describe the pair as “champions of balance, moderation and individuality”, whose advice is “sensible, accessible, and not at all intimidating”.
Eat Well, Move Better and Feel Awesome is now available in stores across the UK and on Amazon for £10.99.
