TenEighty cover star Louise Pentland embarks on tour for her one-woman show LouiseLIVE.
The first stop on Louise Pentland‘s LouiseLIVE tour is the Epstein Theatre in Liverpool. The tour will then continue to venues in Coventry, Edinburgh, Manchester and London throughout June 2015.
Speaking to TenEighty, Louise explained: “The idea came about because I felt very uncomfortable doing meet and greets. I really didn’t like the idea of people queuing for hours and hours just to get a selfie with me when I looked exhausted and wasn’t very cheerful – so I thought why don’t we just have time, rather than a thing.”
The LouiseLIVE tour follows her pilot Sprinkle Of Glitter Experience show in Northampton last November.

Explaining the plans behind the show, Louise told us: “People might be a bit disappointed they won’t all get a selfie, but I wanted this to be valuable and it means people don’t have to wait in line for eight hours and be treated like cattle by security. Everyone at LouiseLIVE is special.”
The show will feature a Q&A and provide an interactive experience with the audience. “You’ve seen the Q&As from conventions”, Louise said. “It’ll be based around those but there will be lots of games and it’ll be very personal. I want it to be like the conventions – but with more glitter. This’ll be like a bigger show. I’m really excited.”
A limited number of VIP tickets will be available for each show. As well as well-placed seats for the show, the VIPs will also meet Louise before the show and receive a gift.

14 June – The Lowry, Salford Quays
20 June – Bloomsbury Theatre, London
