“Every BambinoBecky video is unintentionally sexual.”
We’ve pretty much accepted that we’ll never be surprised by the videos Becky James uploads to her channel. Almost no topic is off limits to this roast-master, so it would be unusual for her to not film something. That’s why it came as no surprise when she took it upon herself to find out what would happen if YouTubers made the jump to OnlyFans.
For those unaware, OnlyFans is a subscription service where users can pay a monthly fee to see what their favourite creators are sharing. Those with profiles can upload whatever they want to their accounts – and we mean anything. We could go more in-depth, but we think we’ll leave it at that.
Over the past couple of months, OnlyFans has seen a sharp spike in popularity, so Becky thought she might as well combine it with her one true love: YouTube… Oh, and money. “People are making uncomfortable amounts of cash on this website,” she shares. “So, I thought, ‘Why not? Let’s take the plunge.’ YouTubers, we’re taking over!”
Throughout the course of the video, Becky shares how she thinks some of our favourite YouTubers would describe themselves if they set up their own OnlyFans accounts. Some are pretty tame, while others are super NSFW, if you know what we mean. Becky’s lucky so many within the YouTube sphere love her so much, because we feel some of these creators’ hardcore fans would be calling for her to be cancelled!
Kicking things off, Becky starts with Zoe Sugg, who she admits would never have an account on the site. However, if by chance she did, she would definitely write, “My OnlyFans is very similar to my Advent calendar: overpriced, underwhelming, but worth it for the pompoms.” We had to run some cold water over ourselves because that was one sick burn!
The descriptions only got more questionable from there.
Taking jabs at George ‘Memeulous’ Andrew, Jack Dean, James Marriott, True Geordie, Tanya Burr, Logan Paul, Saffron Barker, Harry Lewis, Simon Minter, Ben Phillips and Stephen Tries, we found ourselves gasping and laughing the entire video. Some of the takes were pure gold, while others had us yelling, “NO!” at our computer screens! (In a good way, of course!)
“Disclaimer: my friends were supposed to be in my first post, but they didn’t show up,” is just one way Becky took a jab at friend Fraser Macdonald, also mentioning what his dog, Kenji, would say if on OnlyFans. “Fraser keeps losing me, so I’m using this OnlyFans to pay for insurance,” she writes. A dog’s gotta do what a dog’s gotta do, so we support Kenji in this matter.
In true YouTuber fashion, Becky mentions KSI, just so she can use his image in the video’s thumbnail. (Is she a YouTube veteran or what?!) She also takes a few of her close friends to task, mentioning Lucia Keskin and Alex Elmslie, and shows us that she really knows her audience by sharing that Will Lenney would simply use his account to react to other creators’ videos.
To close things out, Becky takes us on a pun-filled journey that had us cringing right up until the final line. She ponders what OnlyFans would be called if it was dedicated to another purpose. “Could you imagine OnlyFans being a website where you could only look at fans?” She asks, bringing to mind numerous images of ceiling and standing fans. You know what, Becky, given the upcoming British summer, that’s something we feel a lot of people would tune into.
She also mentions a version of the site where men just cry into the camera – “Lonely Mans” – and one where creators look into planning their future – “Only Plans”.
If you weren’t interested in checking out OnlyFans before, we can guarantee Becky has piqued your interest with this video. We know we’re tempted to give it another try, if only to sate our newfound urge to write up our own hilarious bios!
