Twitch has announced the launch of Twitch Gaming, a new channel that will showcase various gaming-related news and reveals, all led by the site’s streamers and their communities.
Writing in a blogpost, Twitch revealed that the channel will see a variety of announcements, including gaming reveals, exclusive drops, Twitch Rivals tournaments and gaming announcements, as well as Twitch-exclusive content.
On Twitch, the Summer Game Fest is more than just a Game Fest.
Catch the biggest gaming event of the year on Twitch for exclusive drops, announcements, Twitch Rivals tourneys, co-streams and much more.

The streaming site also announced Summer Game Fest, which will be streaming via the new channel.
“We’ve jam-packed our Summer Game Fest coverage with the best of the Fest, plus exclusive content you can only find on Twitch,” the blogpost reads. “This is the only place where you can witness the future of gaming and join the conversation live with the largest gaming community on the planet. Plus, we’re partnering with some of the biggest names in the business to bring this to life – Riot, CD PROJEKT RED, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Blizzard Entertainment, 2K, the IGDA (International Game Developers Association), and more.”
Summer Game Fest will wrap-up with an awards show, which will see a recap of the summer’s best gaming releases, with all winners being voted on by Twitch users.
