The tournament will run for six weeks.
Tyler “Ninja” Blevins has announced he’ll be hosting a Fortnite tournament on Mixer. The event, titled Ninja Battles Featuring Fortnite, is the first Tyler has held since signing an exclusive streaming deal with Mixer in 2019.

In a statement, Tyler said:
“I joined Mixer to push boundaries, create different types of streaming content and interact with fans in new ways. Ninja Battles brings a new kind of gameplay to the community. I am excited to share this competitive experience with my fans, as well as have my fellow gamers and friends participate.”
The tournament will run from 28 May to 2 July, and will see a host of streamers competing for a weekly prize pool of $80,000. Those set to make appearances include Nate Hill, Nicholas Amyoony, Kyle Giersdorf, Soleil Wheeler, Malachi Greiner, Co1azo and Noah Wright.
Arten Esa and MonsterDface will be providing live commentary throughout.

Fans will be able to interact throughout the course of the tournament, and Ninja has ensured cross-platform engagement by giving each streamer the opportunity to broadcast the stream on the platform of their choice.
Each matchup in the tournament will air on Ninja’s Mixer channel each Thursday at 3pm EST.
