Dissimulation is set for release on 22 May.
KSI shared the news via a trailer uploaded to his YouTube channel on 1 May, wherein he discussed the album’s title and how it personally relates to him.
Speaking in the video, he shares:
“A lot of people only see one side of me. Success, the triumph – no one gets to see the other side. I definitely conceal that side. I do it because I’m afraid. I’m afraid of what people might think. I’m afraid of what people might say. No one likes to feel vulnerable.”
Dissimulation features 12 tracks, including the previously released Houdini, Wake Up Call, Down Like That and Poppin, and will be distributed via BMG.
Those who pre-order the album will be invited to a preview party, which will feature KSI and yet-to-be-announced guests, on 20 May at 20.00 BST.
The live stream will end with a Q&A, with all profits made going to charity.
For those wondering what this is, it’s a private livestream of me playing the album (Dissimulation) a few days early to everyone who joins, with other special guests coming. This won’t be released anywhere after. Once in a lifetime thing. So hopefully I’ll see you there soon 🙌🏿 https://t.co/3IEl5YHmZq
