The process will be documented via The Try Guys YouTube channel over the next two and a half months.
Zach Kornfeld of The Try Guys has shared he’s launching a tea company, making the announcement in a video uploaded to YouTube on 13 May.
In the announcement video, Zach shares that he plans to launch the company with just $500. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, he will also be working to launch it without leaving his apartment.
Speaking about the project, Zach says:
“One of my goals with this project is to take artisan-quality tea, but demystify it and make it easy and accessible and fun.”
Really excited by your excitement <3
It’s gonna be a crazy few months (and crazier to be documenting this in real time) but I’m so stoked to be sharing this moment. Something I’ve been working towards in quiet for half a year now. Let’s make some bomb ass tea‼️ 🥳

In order to prepare for the company’s launch, Zach has teamed up with Steve Schwartz, the founder and CEO of Art of Tea, who will be helping him to produce the two original blends he aims to create: the first to help increase one’s energy and the other to help with relaxation.
Zach’s goal is to get the company up and running in approximately two months, and he plans to share the process via a six-part series that will be uploaded to The Try Guys YouTube channel.
He has also shared that he’s looking for viewers to offer him realtime feedback, which they can share in the comments of the video or via Twitter.
Reaction to the news has been overwhelmingly positive:
Literally never been sold on a product as quickly as I was with @korndiddy tea. And it doesn’t even have a name yet.

why count down till lockdown ends when you can countdown until @korndiddy releases the best tea the world has ever seen ☕️

There's something about @korndiddy's solo videos that strike an emotional cord with me. Just watching the tea video has me motivated to finish projects, keep working towards goals, most importantly to make a cup of tea.
