TikTok’s Top Trending: 27 April – 3 May 2020

Another week, another set of TikTok videos to spotlight.

We’ve been writing this column for a while now and while it’s been fun, there’s one issue we’ve found: there are simply too many TikToks to choose from! We know, in the grand scheme of things, this isn’t a bad problem to have, but let us plead our case. We are only able to spotlight five videos with each TikTok’s Top Trending article and thousands (if not more) are uploaded to the app each week. In that respect, we simply can’t do all the amazing content we come across justice, which deeply hurts our souls. (Is that too much?)

Despite facing such a difficulty, we’ve managed to narrow down our picks for this week. In our opinion, they’re some of the best, so prepare to be entertained!

We’re all bored at home, so why not do something that promotes a good cause? Twist and Pulse are urging us all to show off our best dance moves while raising awareness about bullying – how awesome is that?!

He’s actually magic

We best know Jason Isaacs for playing Lucius Malfoy in the Harry Potter films, but what we didn’t realise is that he’s actually magic! Like, he can cast real spells and such. Who knew?!

French is a hard language to grasp

You don’t realise how much work goes into making and shooting album covers until you decide to recreate them yourself! We think Ellie Martin aced this challenge, don’t you?

Our favourite TikToks from the past week! As you can see, the app is just oozing with talent, and we’re feeling pretty inspired to film our own takes on some of these videos. Do you think we should? Please, be honest. (We can take it.)
