The series was created in partnership with Barcroft Studios.
The film company is an indie studio based out of London, UK and chose to partner up with Snapchat in order to produce and share the Snap Original Series.
Each episode will feature the story of a frontline worker who is going to work each day in order to help keep their community and everyone within it safe.
Titled Frontline Heroes, the six-part series will feature five-minute episodes that have been shot by the worker themselves via the use of body-mounted cameras, as well as hand-held ones and those that have been rigged.
The series is unscripted and features videos diaries from each worker while they handle the coronavirus pandemic.
