Houdini entered the UK Top 40 Official Chart on 1 May 2020.
Olajide ‘KSI’ Olatunji released Houdini on 24 April 2020 with the first play on BBC Radio 1 with Charlie Hedges, Melvin Odoom and Rickie H-Williams.
“Thank you everyone for the support,” KSI said on Twitter. “We’re consistently breaking boundaries. They’re slowly understanding the power of a YouTuber”.

“People said that my songs couldn’t make it into the Top 10, so I got one,” KSI says, of his 2019 hit single “Down Like That”. “Now they say I won’t be able to get a Top 5 album, or even a No 1. Watch me.”
Houdini is KSI’s fourth single, following Poppin’, Down Like That and Wake Up Call. Swarmz and Tion Wayne also feature on the new track.
