Snapchat is helping marketers better understand how users are changing their use of the app during the COVID-19 pandemic.
News of the resource centre was released this week, with the aim of showing those within the eCommerce, restaurant and entertainment sectors how the app’s users are utilising it and its features at this time.
Geared toward marketers, it looks to assist them with their current and upcoming campaigns by allowing access to a range of resources, links and insights about app usage.
Examples of the insights provided include information about what users are doing and saying about the current COVID-19 pandemic, how they’re adapting to the changing climate and how they’re staying informed.
Snapchat plans to expands these tools over time to include more recent data.
Along with the resource centre, the app is also hosting a variety of webinars, which people can RSVP to attend. Upcoming ones include “The Female Quotient Virtual Equity Lounge: Pivoting with Proactivity” on 21 April and “The Power of AR: Bringing You Together When You’re Apart” on 23 April.
Those wishing to access the resource centre can do so via Snapchat’s official website.
