We don’t know about you but at Ten-Eighty HQ we could all do with getting a bit more fit.
Not because it is the summer, but because quite frankly, we would like to go up and down the stairs without running out of breath. Thankfully, we have this bunch to motivate us to grab our trainers and get our blood flowing.

Our first port of call whenever we need health and wellbeing advice is the darling Niomi Smart. Over the years she has shared her love for working out across her social channels and vlogs. After learning the tricks to certain workouts and finding routines which work for her, she has started to share the different routines she does. Our favourite being the 20-minute full body workout because it works every muscle in our body, which is exactly what you want from a workout.
Niomi does the workout in real time, there is no big fancy editing or time lapse which means you can work out with her rather than at her.

Who doesn’t love to have a bit of dance? Danielle Peazer combines her love for dance and fitness with the Danielle Peazer method. With her pop style dance workout you see that passion come to life in a vibrant routine that will get everyone moving their body – without needing to hit the gym AND we learn a little dance routine to boot. Definitely a workout you can do on a girls nights in if you fancy doing something different and active with your besties.
5 Minute Home Abs Workout for Women | Flat Tummy 6 pack workout | Em Sheldon
We know it isn’t all about the abs but working your core never hurt anyone and if there was one person who we would want to learn an ab routine from it would be the ab queen Emma Sheldon.
Em goes takes us through each rep, explaining which body parts to move and explains what you should be feeling if you were doing correctly. It is quick, something you can do at home, and is perfect if you want to workout but can’t get to the gym or you just switch things a little bit in your fitness routine.
The moves may look easy but trust us when we say, they blooming work. (cue sore core a couple of days after doing this workout.)

Carly Rowena is goals when it comes to listening to your body and intuitive exercising so who better to share a workout routine which will get those endorphins flowing and leave us with all the positive energy we need to carry on with our day and see things clearly. We believe working out should be good for the soul and mind as well as the body. Yoga is perfect for an exercise that not only keeps us moving but teaches us to monitor every breath we take and really listen to our body – something we could all do with working on.
In front of what has to be the most beautiful backdrop Cat Meffan takes through a powerful 20-minute yoga routine we can do in the morning before work, on our lunch break to re-energise or after a long day before we settle in for the evening. Don’t be fooled. Cat makes it look easy however Yoga takes practice but the energy it leaves you feeling once you nail it is so worth it.
