The three day event is the world’s largest international digital-first film festival.
The organisers of Canada’s Buffer Festival have announced they’ll be hosting the event once more from 4 to 6 October 2019. The festival, which is set to kick off its seventh year, will be hosted in Toronto and features numerous online video creators from across the world.
This year’s festival is set to kick off on 4 October with the second annual Insight Series, which aims to bring together established creators, industry executives and aspiring creators through keynote speeches and fireside conversations. Those featured will be sharing tips related to video creation and production.
Throughout the weekend, Buffer Festival will feature numerous premiere screenings, as well as red carpet meet and greets. The third annual Excellence Awards Gala will be occurring on 6 October, recognising notable films premiered throughout the weekend and their creators.
UK YouTubers who have made appearances at the festival in the past include Hannah Witton, Hazel Hayes, Jack Howard and Sammy Paul.
Over the coming weeks, organisers will be announcing the schedule and creator lineup, as well as a new location. Those looking for more information can visit Buffer Festival’s official website.
