2019 appears to be the year for reminiscing.
Just last week, we were covering the #PubertyChallenge that was going around Twitter and now we’re looking back once more, this time at the year 2009. It was certainly a… different time. You remember: emo styles were all the rage, everyone and their mother was learning the Single Ladies dance, and we were all spending the majority of our time on Facebook, poking our friends and stalking the profile of our year 11 crush. (We wonder what they’re up to nowadays.)
Our YouTube faves have dove headfirst into this Twitter trend in all the best ways, sharing a plethora of throwbacks that have left us saying “OMG”. Some where just babies, while others were navigating their way through teenage-hood. Here are just a few of our favourite tweets!

What will our faves look like in 10 years time?
There are so many possibilities! Will they have decided to do something different with their hair or will they have grown an inch? Will they bring YouTube into its silver-haired years or will it be a more salt-and-pepper look? Who knows, maybe they’ll look the exact same – who are we to say what technology will or won’t be able to achieve in 2029.
