Rooster Teeth has announced the lineup for the second year of the European RTX convention.
Last year, Rooster Teeth added London to the cities that will host its flagship gaming and internet convention. It will take place this year from 15-16 September at the ExCeL Centre, London.
This year it will feature more personalities from the main company and also the roster of Rooster Teeth affiliates.
This currently consists of:
- The Founders – Matt Hullum, Burnie Burns, Gus Sorola, Geoff Ramsey
- RWBY – Barbara Dunkelman, Lindsay Jones
- Achievement Hunter – Michael Jones, Jack Pattillo, Jeremy Dooley, Ryan Haywood
- Funhaus – Lawrence Sonntag
- RT Animation – Gray G. Haddock Jordan Cwierz
- Actors / Hosts of RT – Blaine Gibson Jon Risinger
- The Know – Ashley Jenkins
- Kinda Funny – Greg Miller, Tim Gettys
RTX began in 2011 in a field next to what was then the Rooster Teeth office, and now draws a record 65,000 attendees to downtown Austin, Texas for its annual flagship event. RTX has since expanded internationally to Sydney and London, with more international events to be announced soon.
Past RTX events have had keynote speakers like Hideo Kojima and Andy Serkis, and screenings from Fox, Adult Swim, Netflix, and more. Gaming exhibitors have included 343 Industries, Xbox, Bethesda, and Nintendo.
Since last year’s convention, Rooster Teeth has opened an office in London, as it seeks to build on its presence in the UK. Rooster Teeth London will be headed up by Eric Cherry, whose responsibilities will include international markets as well as the UK.
