The brand new area will sit near the Gaming Stage first introduced at SitC 2017.
Attendees at this year’s Summer in the City will have the chance to play cooperatively or competitively in large multiplayer server games in the new gaming area.
Fortnite tournaments will be running throughout the weekend, with prizes to be announced in the coming weeks on SitC’s Twitter account.
Those at the event will also have the chance to play Minecraft and Roblox on a SitC server, getting the chance to collaborate and build a world together.

Tom Burns describes the new gaming space to TenEighty as a way “to expand on our gaming offering at Summer in the City following the launch of our gaming stage last year.
“We really feel that this enhances the exhibition hall offering, whilst providing a new way for attendees to make friends and engage with others!”
This year Summer in the City will run from 10 – 12 August at London ExCeL. Tickets are available on the Summer in the City website.
