Margravine aims to “identify and develop the next generation of native digital talent”.
Joe and Caspar will become directors of the new company, providing individuals with “expertise, guidance and entrepreneurial spirit”.
Sports and media brand IMG has also been announced as a “strategic partner” in the firm.
In a statement, Joe and Caspar said they are “excited” to launch the organisation.
“We have been working in the digital space for over eight years now and can’t wait to combine our experience and skill with the strategic guidance of IMG to offer a new management service and bring about a new era of digital talent,” they said.
Margravine will be based in London and the company will reveal its first tier of signings “within the coming weeks”.
