In order to apply applicants must be in the YouTube Partner Program and their channels must comply with YouTube Partner Program policies.
Applicants must also have at least 100,000 subscribers, have no Community Guideline strikes against them and must adhere to advertiser-friendly guidelines.
Creators whose channels are associated with multi-channel networks (MCNs) are able to apply.
Creators have until 6 April 2018 to send in their applications in order to be considered.
