Tom Fletcher will spend six days trekking through Transylvania to raise money for charity.
Tom‘s trek will take place from 22 to 27 July 2018, and raise money for the breast cancer awareness charity Coppafeel.
He will be among a group of 40 to 60 fundraisers spending six days exploring the Romanian countryside, passing landmarks such as Dracula’s Castle and the Transylvanian Alps.
Coppafeel aims to give everyone the best chance of fighting breast cancer, travelling to schools, universities, workplaces, and festivals encouraging people to check themselves for signs of the condition.
Tom will be following in the footsteps of his wife Giovanna who trekked across Oman for Coppafeel last year, raising more than £18,000.
I’m trekking through Transylvania this summer raising money for the incredible @CoppaFeelPeople and I NEED YOUR DONATIONS! It all goes to Coppafeel so please give what you can. 🏃🏼♂️❤️ https://t.co/YdGTktEck9

The terrain on the planned route is rough and Tom describes himself as having “no trek experience”.
The trek is described as “challenging” by Charity Challenge, who are organising the fundraising expedition.
At time of writing, Tom’s fundraising page is already a third of the way to its goal of £8,008, with the current total standing at just over £2,800.
Donations to Tom’s fundraiser can be made here.
