YouTubers Do Star Wars: The Last Jedi Premiere

The force is strong with this one.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ll know that one of the most anticipated movies of the year is The Last Jedi. Star Wars is one of the most influential film series of all time, and one very near and dear to our hearts. You know who else are huge fans? YouTubers!

12 December saw the European premiere of The Last Jedi hit London. Many of our faves were in attendance, making us jealous with their shots from the red carpet and their tweets about the movie. Since we couldn’t be at the premiere, we thought we’d do the next best thing: post a round-up of the night’s events! (We’re not going to lie, writing this up made us feel some major FOMO.)

Some unfortunately couldn’t attend

Sadly, some off our faves were unable to attend the premiere, but that didn’t stop them from making us super jealous. Just look at the selfie Matt Ley posted to his Twitter!

Glammed up and ready to go

Lily Melrose and dodie weren’t the only ones dressed up for the big premiere. Many of our faves donned their best suits and dresses in order to make a splash on the red carpet. From the looks of it, we need to grab some style tips from them!

Crisis averted

Leave it to the lovely folks at Urban Decay to come to Lucy Moon‘s rescue! She looked like fire on the red carpet!

Smile for the camera

Zoe London had a pretty cool experience last night. The paparazzi got some cool shots of her, and from the looks of it she had a pretty fab night!

He’s a real-life Sith Lord!

We knew there was something PJ Liguori was hiding from us, but we didn’t think it was this! Who knew we had a genuine Sith Lord in our own backyard?

What embarrassment?

We’re definitely going to take note of this tip, Joe Tasker. The amount of times we trip over our feet and fall to the ground is ridiculous, but hopefully this keeps us from getting too embarrassed!

Not the slightest bit jealous…

If we didn’t know any better, we’d think that Michael Trueman was a bit upset about not being able to attend the premiere. But that’s just us speculating…

Christmas came early

It appears Christmas came early for Fleur DeForce, who got to attend the premiere with her hubby.

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate the photobomber? Major props!

Sexy daddy

Show of hands: who else thinks Thomas Ridgewell had the best date at the premiere?

Like a kid in a candy store

We can only imagine how Phil Lester would have reacted to being at the premiere. Probably like a kid in a candy store. (We would have felt the same way.)

A fun night was had by all

Overall, we’d say that everyone who attended the premiere had a pretty swell time. We just wish that either Bertie Gilbert, Daniel Dobbs, Sophie Newton, or Connie Glynn had invited us to tag along… We wouldn’t have been too much trouble, promise!

From the sounds of it, The Last Jedi is definitely a movie we need to see. Our inner Star Wars fanatic is bursting to get out, so how about we all head to the cinema this weekend (lightsabers and all) and watch it? Popcorn’s on us!
