The annual YouTube conference is set to occur in Anaheim, California from 20 – 23 June 2018.
The first wave of creators for VidCon 2018 have been announced. Along with UK creators dodie, Jack Howard and Dean Dobbs, Taha Khan, Joel Smallishbeans and Sam Saffold-Geri, the conference will also see appearances from US vloggers Nathan Zed, Casey Neistat and Hannah Hart.
The annual YouTube conference is set to be held at The Anaheim Convention Center, and was created in 2010 by Hank and John Green of the Vlogbrothers. As with previous years, the conference will feature a variety of activities, including meet and greets, panels, workshops and Q&As. This year’s conference will also feature a Disney Day, where attendees can visit Disneyland and Disney California Adventure for a discounted rate.
Those wishing to attend 2018’s conference have the option of purchasing one of three ticket types, which range from $100-$550. The community track ticket is for those interested in online content and who wish to attend the aforementioned, as well as activities like VidCon Prom and movie nights.
The creator track is for those wishing to improve their online content and offers holders access to extra panels, networking, workshops and demos, as well as all the community activities. Finally, the industry track is for those working beyond online content creation, including anyone working for production companies, branding and networks.
