Dan Howell Becomes Young Minds Ambassador

After opening up about his struggle with depression in a recent video, Dan Howell has become an ambassador for the mental health charity Young Minds.

Dan‘s video covered how medication and counselling helped him in his struggle with depression. He said he made the video “in the hopes that it may help others”.

Dan previously took part in Young Minds’ #helloyellow campaign on World Mental Health Day to raise money for the charity:

Young Minds aims to improve the emotional health and well being of young people and children in the UK. Dan is joining a team of ambassadors that also includes X Factor‘s Lucy Spraggan and Channel 4 News‘s Cathy Newman.
