On 16 August, YouTube artist Jamie Jo hosted a gallery show at the YouTube Space in London.
Open to the public, it was a showcase of the many paintings Jamie has been working on of late, from her gorgeous Beauty and the Beast portrait to cute cartoon originals. An enchanted night was had by all, and it was amazing to see so many people come out to support Jamie, so what better way to recap the night’s fun than by collecting a bunch of tweets and pictures from those in attendance?
The anticipation was building
My gallery show is tomorrow and I'm so nervous :"DDDDDD

Anticipation was building the day before the event, with Jamie tweeting about her nerves for the show. However, we don’t know why she was so nervous – with talent like hers, it was sure to be a great night!

Along with having her artwork on display, Jamie also had the video wall at YouTube Space London dedicated to her, playing a collection of her videos!
YouTube friends were out in support
Many of Jamie’s fellow YouTubers came out to support her, including Liam Dryden, Evan Edinger, Chloe Dungate, and Elisa Spigariol. From the looks of it, they had a pretty swell time!
Her artwork blew us away
It’s no secret that we here at TenEighty are massive fans of Jamie’s artwork, and the gallery night was further proof of just how good it is. From the cute painting of Snow White to her self-portrait, we’re left wondering how it’s possible for someone to be this talented!
#Proud
Jamie addressed attendees during the event, and the pride they felt for her was quite evident – just look at their faces! Pete Bucknall and Tom Burns couldn’t help but beam!
