Vlogger Trisha Paytas has been confirmed as a housemate for this summer’s celebrity edition of Big Brother UK.
Trisha Paytas has entered the Celebrity Big Brother house. She did so to a mix of cheers and boos, with host Emma Willis reassuring her: “This is just a crowd of 200 Big Brother fans, there are millions at home who love you!”

Trisha makes videos about life advice, fashion, beauty, and relationships on her main and vlog channels. She has also appeared on notable TV shows like Dr Phil and The Price is Right, and filmed collaborations with Shane Dawson and Joey Graceffa.
Trisha had been trending on Twitter since the programme started at 9pm, and rumours had been circling for days after the 29-year-old vlogger hinted about being in London and a big upcoming project:

Her fans, dubbed the Fishies, shared their words of support on social media as the Californian YouTuber walked through the famous Big Brother House doors in Elstree, London:

Through her YouTube success Trisha has gone on to release several EPs, the most recent being Chicken Fingers and Lipo.
Before her appearance on the show was confirmed, Shane Dawson had teased the announcement by revealing his excitement to watch the series:
