Prepare for some serious closet envy.
In case you were unaware, we here at TenEighty HQ love style. In fact, we’re always setting trends. Remember the pencil earring trend? No?! What about the stickers on Converse? NO?! Maybe we’ll have to stick to writing about trends rather than setting them…
Fortunately for everyone – but mostly our eyes – there are plenty of YouTubers who not only have incredible personal style, but who are also much better trendsetters than us. So if you ever need any fashion tips or the inspiration to try something new, check out the creators listed below.
Gracie Francesca Victory
It’s no secret that we adore Grace Victory, and one of the things we love the most about her is her incredible eye for style. (Seriously, check out her cover interview – she looks phenomenal!) Her blog and Instagram are filled with stunning outfits and inspiring body positivity posts, which always help us through a bad day, and we find ourselves constantly looking forward to seeing what she wears next!
Jim Chapman
With his #INTHECLOSET series and Fashion Week vlogs (and not to mention his The Luxury of Less series with GQ), Jim Chapman is our go-to for fashion tips. With #INTHECLOSET, Jim explores the closets of models such as Richard Biedul, and other vloggers. How do we get a job exploring celebrity closets? We promise to restrain ourselves from borrowing anything…
And if these series weren’t impressive enough, Jim has also walked the Dolce & Gabbana catwalk for the company’s Autumn/Winter collection in Milan, and regularly attends Glamour‘s Beauty Festival!
Beckii Cruel
Beckii Cruel has been killing the YouTube game since the site’s early days, but she’s also been killing the style game with her haul videos! Beckii’s super cute style and cosplay attire always have us swooning with its pastel and vintage elements. Every look is unique and perfectly crafted, every video makes us desperate to go on a shopping trip with her.
Niki and Sammy Albon
Niki and Sammy Albon‘s K-pop-inspired style is definitely one of our favourites. It’s not only casual, but also super cool. We’re in love with the way they coordinate their styles while still looking unique, along with their ever-changing hairstyles.
Want to give us some pointers, boys?
Helen Anderson
Helen Anderson never fails to make us smile with her upbeat personality and stunning outfits. Whether she’s tackling body confidence in swimsuits or giving us the lowdown on her monthly favourites, she always looks incredible. Can she become our personal stylist, please?
Dan Howell
Ripped jeans, curly hair, plaid shirts, and those zipped shoes – is there a picture that better sums up Dan Howell‘s aesthetic more than this one? His everyday looks are always well-coordinated and monochromatic, with a subtle touch of brightness that lets us know his soul isn’t as dark as he claims it is. We often find ourselves feeling some serious envy for how he puts his outfits together and are often left scouring the internet for hours looking for the stores he shops at.
Megan Ellaby
Whilst we’re one the subject of our envy, every single look Megan Ellaby puts together is iconic. We’re in love with the way she styles for a look specific to her, and we can’t get over her overall presentation. If you want to get her look, her channel is filled with videos around styling specific items, such as Converse, in various ways.
Elsewhere, her blog not only discusses fashion, but also beauty, travel, and music too! And don’t get us started on her stunning Instagram photos…
Will Darbyshire
In between making fascinating short films, writing, and creating stunning photos, Will Darbyshire has somehow found time to cultivate a great personal style. It’s casual, comfy, and effortlessly cool, and we simply can’t get enough! We also have to give a bonus for how incredibly photogenic it is too.
Luna Leigh
Luna Leigh‘s dark, block colours contrasted with cool tones give us some serious style envy. Fortunately for us, she’s made videos about dying her hair and her everyday makeup look, so we can attempt to rock a similar style.
Oh, and did we mention she has an incredible Instagram feed?
Nathan Zed
Yes, yes, we know, Nathan Zed isn’t British, but we love him (and his style) so much that we simply had to include him in our list. Nathan’s brightly patterned shirts always look incredible, as do his cool denim-jacket-and-jeans combos. And while he has a much more casual style than some of the others listed above, he’s no less stunning.
Recently, Nathan released Good Enough merch t-shirts, which not only spread a super positive message of self-worth, but also look super cute! We can’t wait for ours to arrive in the mail!
Don’t they all look great?
We know our weekend plans will consist of stalking the Instagram pages of all those listed above whilst daydreaming about being able to copy their styles. Let us know your favourite YouTube style icons by tweeting us @TenEightyUK.
