YouTubers Do War for the Planet of the Apes Screening

In an alternate universe, a deadly conflict between humans and apes has occurred, leading Andy Serkis to venture on a journey to avenge his kind.

Well, actually, it’s not exactly an alternate universe, but instead the storyline of the new Planet of the Apes film, War for the Planet of the Apes. Set for release this summer, the film has garnered quite a bit of attention for being one of the best in the reimagined series, so of course many of our faves jumped at the chance to attend an exclusive screening with its cast! It looked like quite a fun night, so we obviously had to round up the night’s monkey business.

Prepare for the jealousy to run rampant!

Final thoughts

War for the Planet of the Apes delivers a fitting conclusion to a trilogy that consistently impressed me. Thoroughly enjoyed it end to end.

Overall, it looks like the film was well received by those in attendance. If this is any indication, it looks like this summer will be a damn good one for film and that’s something we’re pretty excited about. Everyone knows we love a good movie, especially when it includes CGI apes.
