Yogscast are serving as the publisher for Caveblazers, an independent roguelike game on Steam.
Caveblazers is an action-adventure game developed by Rupeck Games. Yogscast have described their job as publisher as, “We help out Rupeck with publicity and doing all of the […] boring stuff”, and announced the game during a playthrough video, which also showed off many of the game’s features.
The game features several references to Yogscast material – for example, with some of the customisable character designs.
Caveblazers was released on Steam on 24 May 2017. It has a fantasy dungeon setting where the player fights enemies such as orcs and goblins. Its official synopsis describes it as “brutal”.
According to the site, it has received a “very positive” reception so far, and can be purchased here.
