The Diversity in Media Awards salute actors, journalists, and organisations, as well as remarkable TV programmes and films, to “recognise and celebrate the voices that accurately reflect the society we live in”. The awards are orchestrated by the Global Diversity Company who also organise the Global Diversity List and the Pride Power List published in The Guardian.
Shortlist voting will soon open with the final winners being awarded at a ceremony on 15 September 2017, hosted by BBC newsreader Jane Hill. More details can be found at the DiMA website.
