Ebony Day will be releasing her second EP on 19 May.
Home is Ebony‘s first EP in four years, after the release of The Beginning in 2013. The EP consists of three tracks, all original compositions, titled Collide, Falling, and Home.
“I’ve listened to them for two years, and now you guys are going to be listening to them, and I’m freaking out about it!” shared Ebony in her announcement video.
She also explained her journey with music since her last EP, saying: “It’s so, so nice to release something that I’m proud of […] This time round is so different. I don’t care whether labels like it, I don’t care if it makes the iTunes charts.”
The announcement sparked a lot of excitement on Twitter:

In 2013, Ebony won the MTV Brand New Artist competition. She often posts covers on her YouTube channel, and has toured with Boyce Avenue and performed at the 02 Arena alongside acts such as Union J.
The EP will be released on 19 May and is available for preorder on iTunes.
