As well as expanding into Europe, VidCon will also be hosting an event in Melbourne, Australia for the first time next year. It has previously been revealed that these new conventions will aim to feature a variety of popular local YouTubers in addition to those who are famous more globally.
The original VidCon event, held in the US, is now going into its eighth year, and has previously been attended by many British YouTube stars including Emma Blackery, Louise Pentland, and Dan Howell.
