Jim Chapman has partnered with retailer John Lewis to become their new Style Curator.
Over the next six months, Jim Chapman will be selecting clothing from John Lewis’s menswear to bring customers his pick of the best in men’s fashion. The collaboration, named Chapman & Lewis, will lead to three different collections on the John Lewis website.
This isn’t Jim’s first venture into the fashion world: he’s already a contributing editor at GQ magazine, has often been seen at London Collections Men, and has also been voted one of the UK’s best-dressed men.
His first collection, which includes both casual and formal wear, is drawn from the John Lewis Spring/Summer range. The following two are set to focus on their Autumn/Winter clothing line. The clothing Jim chooses will be available to buy both in store and online, in a specifically curated area of the website, along with comments from him on his chosen items.
John Lewis’s social channels will also play host to updates from Jim, including exclusive videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes clips.
On the John Lewis website, Jim said: “John Lewis is all about quality, and they encourage customer confidence. So for me, being able to work with John Lewis and place my stamp on Chapman & Lewis is really exciting.”
Jim’s latest video gives an insight into the collection and a behind-the-scenes peek at one of the shoots.
